Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director of Data Partnerships and Growth to lead a high-impact partner ecosystem and expand the reach of data and insights offerings.

You will drive sustainable revenue growth by coordinating with sales, product, legal and operations to onboard partners and advance co-sell opportunities. The role emphasizes building joint business plans, defining targets, and creating scalable programs with clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/advertising technology/marketing technology/analytics or related commercial ecosystem.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy to contracting to launch and execution.
• Strong contracting, negotiation and partnership-structure skills to align terms with business objectives.
• Experience evaluating build/buy/partner decisions and translating into GTM/commercial strategy.
• Background in sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology channels to create revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners to generate qualified pipeline and advance co-sell opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans with targets and metrics for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models for long-term value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration and ongoing success.
