Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Data Center Technician to install, repair, and service server hardware in high-availability facilities. You’ll troubleshoot networking issues, document procedures, and support 24/7 operations across multiple data centers with occasional travel.

You will join a diverse team and participate in on-call duties, training, and shift work to ensure continuous service for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in computer/server hardware troubleshooting or IT support.
• Experience with ticketing systems to manage priorities and status.
• Willingness to travel between data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Create documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
