The role manages 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers, drives safety, security, and quality, and leads improvement projects from concept to completion while aligning staffing with expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports
• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 3+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across shift schedules.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
• Lead improvement projects across multiple support teams from conception to completion.
• Ensure staffing levels and growth with expansions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures efficiently.
