Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance, or 3+ years electrical facilities maintenance and 2+ years of mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues and oversee routine and emergency services on critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot within SLA.
• Provide training to Engineering Operations Technicians and work with Facility Manager to set team culture.
• Create and deploy new standard practices for engineers and vendor teams.
• Coordinate with IT managers to optimize plant safety, performance, and efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by vendors and staff.
