Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center, network, or systems engineering.
• 2+ years of people management in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign trouble tickets to technicians and operators.
• Oversee performance of a distributed data center team across locations.
• Develop career paths and update internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including queue management and 24/7 shift coverage.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and policy adherence to meet SLAs.
