Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager in Ohio to lead and oversee the critical infrastructure of AWS data centers. You will manage 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers, ensuring safety, uptime, and cost efficiency across shifts.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive reliability, performance, and operational improvements in a mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience with 8-10 direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Oversee safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
