Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Lead: Field Operations to drive day‑to‑day field operations, including rack installations, repairs, safety, and reporting. You will coordinate installation teams and manage timelines to ensure deliverables meet EOS and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership of global technical teams, strong networking knowledge (routers, switches, routing), and a track record of automation‑driven process improvements, change control,

Qualifications

Proven experience leading global technical teams.
Strong networking knowledge: routers, switches, and routing protocols.
Experience with automation to streamline workflows.
Demonstrated ability in change control and maintenance in production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in data center and network installation projects.
Develop and manage project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk.
Oversee relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment and materials.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop risk mitigation plans to keep projects on time and within scope.
Monitor budgets and produce regular status reports for leadership and clients.
