Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Network Operations Lead to supervise hardware repair and troubleshooting across enterprise environments. You will lead technicians, manage incident response, and ensure SLA‑driven service delivery using CLI tools and documented procedures.

This role involves rotational shifts to support 24/7/365 operations with up to 10% travel domestically. You will drive continuous improvement in uptime and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on upgrades and

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics, repair in enterprise environments.
2+ years of people management, supervisory or team-lead experience.
Strong CLI-based tooling experience (Cisco CLI, Linux shell, iDRAC, iLO).
Experience diagnosing and repairing fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.

Responsibilities

Lead operations across server, storage, and network hardware to resolve failures.
Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to technicians.
Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence via prioritization and escalation.
Maintain incident resolution documentation and root‑cause analysis.
Escalate performance concerns or risks to Site Supervisor.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
