Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Data Center Service Lead: Field Operations to drive day-to-day field installations, repairs, safety, and reporting for enterprise data center projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality and compliance standards. Experience with fiber cabling, ITIL-based service delivery, and global teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments and operations.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and systems development, particularly through automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in managing change control processes and conducting maintenance activities in production environments.
• Experience in service management, customer expectations management, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that meet SLAs.
• Leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete data center installation projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth project delivery with vendors and clients.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize delivery.
• Establish and implement quality control measures to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Prepare status reports and performance metrics for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement and best practices.
