Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Service Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, run repairs, safety, and reporting across sites. You will manage rack installations, fiber span repair, and oversee cross-functional project timelines ensuring client and EOS satisfaction.

The role requires travel to different sites and leadership of global technical teams, with a focus on network deployments, ITIL-aligned processes, and continuous improvement of service

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in data center and network installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize delivery.
• Establish and enforce quality control to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities with strict reporting.
• Prepare status reports and updates for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews to identify improvements and best practices.
