Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Lead: Field Operations in the United States. The role drives installation projects, field operations, repairs, safety, and reporting, including rack installs and fiber cabling standards.

You will assign action items, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client and EOS requirements. The position requires global team leadership, strong networking knowledge, and experience with ITIL or equivalent frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and enterprise deployments.
• Strong networking knowledge: routers, switches, dynamic routing, circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
• Experience with change control and production maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center and network installation projects across regions.
• Develop plans: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk management.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee resources: personnel, equipment, materials for timely delivery.
• Establish quality control to meet specs and regulatory needs.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation to keep projects on time.
• Monitor budgets and ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
• Prepare status reports and progress updates for leadership.
