EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center FieldOps Service Lead to drive day-to-day field operations, including rack installs, fiber cabling, and coordination with clients. You will manage project timelines, assign actions, and ensure on-time delivery with quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments and operations.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and systems development, particularly through automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in managing change control processes and conducting maintenance activities in production environments.
• Experience in service management, customer expectations management, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that meet SLAs.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and ensure delivery within tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and completion of data center and network installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors; ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials; optimize utilization.
• Establish rigorous quality control measures to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks early and create mitigation plans to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and cost-saving opportunities; ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement and best practices.
