Job summary

Midea Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead overseas data center accounts in the cooling sector. You will focus on hyperscalers,colocation operators, and AI infrastructure customers, driving adoption of cooling products and integrated solutions.

You will develop deep customer insight into cooling architecture, density, and reliability, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage the full commercial cycle from opportunity to payment collection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in data centers, HVAC cooling, or related industries.
• Experience with hyperscaler, colo, AI infrastructure, or large system integrator accounts is preferred.
• Strong customer development, negotiation, and project execution skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally; local US-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overseas key data center accounts to meet annual sales targets and project goals.
• Drive adoption of cooling products and integrated solutions with hyperscalers and key operators.
• Understand cooling architecture needs, power density, liquid/air cooling, energy efficiency, redundancy and reliability to match solutions.
• Lead commercial activities: communication, price negotiation, contracts, and order closing across the full cycle.
