Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking a senior sales leader to drive overseas data center key accounts from Dallas. You will target Hyperscale, Colo and AI infrastructure clients, shape cooling solutions, and close multi-million-dollar projects.

Responsibilities include guiding commercial negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and expanding renewals and multi-category opportunities while traveling internationally as needed. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in data centers, HVAC/thermal management, central air conditioning, liquid cooling, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas data center key account development and management; achieve annual sales targets and key project closure targets.
• Focus on Hyperscale, Colo, AI infrastructure clients; drive adoption of thermal management products and integrated solutions.
• Gain understanding of customer requirements in cooling architecture, power density, liquid/air cooling configurations, energy efficiency, redundancy tiers, and reliability; drive solution matching and project conversion.
• Lead commercial negotiations, customer communication, pricing discussions, contract signing, and order closure for key projects; manage the full cycle from opportunity to payment collection.
• Coordinate internal resources across technical, delivery, after-sales, product, legal, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
• Continuously maintain customer relationships; track customer lifecycle; drive renewals, expansions, and multi-category sales opportunities.
• Based on customer and project insights, consolidate customer maps, project pipelines, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to support platform business expansion.
