Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, analytics, databases, or storage.
• 5+ years of in-program management, workforce strategy, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives cross-functional.

Responsibilities

• Own the signal-to-activation mechanism end to end, defining signals that warrant activations and the tracking to confirm outcomes.
• Design and launch targeted activation campaigns with context-aware messaging.
• Extend GTM signal synthesis capability into campaign execution.
• Establish differentiated targeting by journey stage and account status.
• Ingest and normalize signals from diverse sources for activation.
• Apply AI to mine inputs and convert patterns into field activation.
• Operate agentic AI to auto-generate activation and recommendations.
• Drive teams to maintain signal architecture and data quality.
