Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Security Sales Specialist to scale partner-driven growth across markets lacking dedicated coverage. You will lead pipeline campaigns, drive cross-functional programs, and build executive relationships with security leadership to co-sell Cohesity’s data security solutions.

The role emphasizes enablement, programs, and a cohesive operating model for a fast-growing, globally distributed specialist team. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity business development.
• Experience scaling partner-driven growth globally.
• Experience driving demand-generation and joint pipeline with partners.
• Strong data-driven program-management skills.
• Excellent written and visual communication for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own quota and pipeline for markets without dedicated coverage.
• Manage joint go-to-market programs with technology and channel partners.
• Build executive relationships with customer security leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, and Delivery.
• Own enablement assets and scalable sales plays and programs.
• Design and run internal incentives and territory data hygiene reports.
• Lead leadership cadence and hiring coordination with recruiting.
