Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Security Sales Specialist to lead go-to-market motions for markets without dedicated coverage and to act as the operational hub for the specialist org.

You will drive campaigns, partner-sourced pipeline, and programs that reach accounts the core team can’t cover directly. You will also enable the specialist organization, coordinate with Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, and the broader delivery ecosystem, and scale successful plays into repeatable programs while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, focusing on business development and partnerships.
• Experience scaling partner-driven growth globally.
• Experience driving scale in a global environment.
• Experience building demand-gen or scale-coverage programs with partners.
• Strong cross-functional operational skills without formal authority.
• Data fluency and program-management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own quota for markets without dedicated coverage and build campaigns to generate pipeline.
• Manage data model signaling readiness for dedicated coverage and run joint GTM programs with partners.
• Build executive relationships between Cohesity and customer security leadership.
• Serve as the cross-functional connective tissue among Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Own enablement library and scale sales plays and campaigns into repeatable programs.
• Design and run internal sales incentives and maintain territory data hygiene and reporting.
