Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Security-focused sales leader to drive the security revenue across a defined territory in the United States. You will engage with CISOs, VPs of Security, and Heads of Cyber Resilience, selling Cohesity’s Immutable security, DSPM, and AI-powered threat detection portfolio.

Lead a hunter-driven approach, build pipelines, and deliver executive-grade business cases in a co-sell / specialist model, while aligning with account teams to land and expand multi-product deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years selling security to CISO/VP of Security buyers.
• Proven ability to generate own pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Experience with co-sell / specialist model and executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security revenue number across portfolio for your territory.
• Build and convert pipeline outbound, marketing, SDRs, and existing accounts.
• Be the security SME in every deal and hold the room with CISOs and VPs of Security.
• Develop executive-quality decks and risk narratives; partner with ecosystem for co-sell.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and active cadence in reviews.
