Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a seasoned Security Sales Leader to drive revenue across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience within your territory. You will partner with a Security Solution Architect and the core Account Executive to win by building trusted relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, and heads of cyber resilience.

You will own pipeline, craft compelling risk narratives, and lead co-sell with security partners to accelerate bookings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years selling security to CISO/VP buyers.
• Proven ability to build pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with cyber-resilience landscape for business-value conversations.
• Comfort operating in a co-sell / specialist model.
• Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security revenue number for your territory across the portfolio.
• Build long-term, full-portfolio accounts and expand within them.
• Be the security subject-matter resource in every deal you touch.
• Build and convert your own pipeline through multi-channel outreach.
• Develop executive-grade decks and business cases for buy-in.
• Collaborate with partners for joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
