Maersk is seeking an CHB Operations Associate to manage end-to-end customs brokerage for a portfolio of accounts. You will collaborate with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time imports.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Prior CHB or similar experience is valued, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and resolving shipment inquiries.
• Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings in compliance with regulations.
• Manage entry files in line with KPIs, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, carriers, and facilities to ensure timely release.
• Track inbound shipments from arrival to final delivery and address delays or risks.
• Support billing processes, delivery orders, and operational reporting.
