Job summary

DHL Group in Kentucky is seeking a Customs Broker Turnover Agent to coordinate customs entries and ensure timely clearance for shipments designated for customer-appointed brokers. You will transfer documentation, obtain required information, and communicate with customers, brokers, and DHL teams.

This role supports compliant customs clearance, minimizes delays, and helps move import/export shipments efficiently through the DHL network. Relevant experience in customs or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years customer service or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry documentation with external brokers to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance.
• Review invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate with brokers, customers, and internal teams.
• Resolve clearance delays and escape issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on in-bond and related shipment matters.
• Support high-volume shipments and special accounts.
• Monitor aging shipments and ensure timely clearance.
