Responsabilités

• Manage customs clearance activities efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations for shipments.
• Establish, monitor and revise policies for customs clearance operations.
• Meet KPIs and supervise ~30 staff with two direct reports.
• Hire, coach, train and develop subordinate staff.
