Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Customs Broker Turnover Support in Kentucky to review shipment documentation and coordinate with brokers to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of all shipments. This role supports processing by obtaining required information and resolving issues to prevent delays.

Key responsibilities include contacting customers for documentation, reviewing invoices and shipment data, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining communication with brokers and internal

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• 1 year of customer service or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to review and interpret shipment documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and web-based applications
• Good oral and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to obtain required documentation for customs clearance
• Review invoices, airway bills, and shipment data for accuracy
• Verify shipment details and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Communicate with brokers to process and clear shipments
• Monitor shipment queues and follow up on pending clearances
• Resolve document discrepancies and missing information
• Assign shipments for correction when needed
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners
