Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry docs with external brokers for timely customs clearance.
• Review invoices, bills of lading, and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Communicate with brokers, customers, and internal teams.
• Resolve clearance delays and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on in-bond and related shipment matters.
• Support high-volume shipments and special accounts.
• Monitor aging shipments and ensure timely clearance.
