Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. seeks a Customer Success Specialist-Global to support international operations from our On-Site Burlington, NC location.

You will coordinate export documentation, assist with product registrations, and liaise with distributors, brokers, and customers to ensure timely shipments. The role requires 2+ years in international operations, strong English/Spanish communication, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office within a fast-paced food manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international operations, export documentation or related functions.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate export documentation for international shipments.
• Coordinate documentation for product registrations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate documentation for international sample shipments and customer evaluations.
• Support international shipment readiness and resolve documentation discrepancies.
