Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Success Associate for the Global Services Team to support international customers. You will cultivate relationships, ensure customers derive maximum value from our products and services, and coordinate across regions.

You will handle international orders, resolve non-standard inquiries, analyze customer value, and collaborate with sales, vendors, and service teams to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage international orders for customers across all business segments.
• Address non-standard customer inquiries and troubleshoot specialized issues.
• Analyze customer value and upselling opportunities.
• Act as the point of contact for high-priority projects and/or customers.
• Develop recommendations based on customer feedback for product/service improvement.
• Collaborate with domestic and managed services, vendors, sales, and relationship management teams to enhance customer experience.
• Foster client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Review vendor communication and make updates based on jurisdictional changes.
• Handle direct cases, subcases, client calls, and handoffs for requests/orders (FinCen ID required).
