Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or international trade preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and process orders for international clients.
• Coordinate order entry, export documentation, and shipment follow-ups.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation and international shipping requirements.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
