Hickory Chair LLC seeks an International Customer Service Associate to support customers and the sales organization by owning and ensuring customer needs are met. This role bridges internal teams and external partners to provide detailed product information and procedural guidance.

The CSR will handle orders, pricing, and shipments, while collaborating closely with designers and operations to ensure timelines and service levels are achieved across domestic and international accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer and software literacy (Office, Lotus Notes, SAP).
• Ability to develop and document procedural changes.
• Furniture industry experience is a plus; international customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide product specifications, pricing, configuration, and availability information.
• Enter and manage highly configured orders, credits, return authorizations, and order changes.
• Oversee cash in advance processes to maximize shipping efficiency.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and sourcing to meet production dates and on-time completion.
• Manage domestic and international shipments and tracking of key orders.
