• Direct carriers to web portal mechanisms and update records.
• Report variances in times to client or supervisor.
• Enter shipment information into the TMS accurately.
• Request documentation on behalf of clients.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Answer general customer service inquiries related to shipping needs.
