Inolex in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage orders and foster strong customer partnerships for both domestic and international accounts.

You will review order details, coordinate shipping, and maintain pricing accuracy while collaborating with Finance, Logistics, and Sales to ensure timely deliveries. Strong communication and ERP skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 7 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Dynamics ERP).
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail in order processing, documentation, and customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Significantly influences customer’s view of Inolex in a positive way.
• Review and enter customer orders (domestic and international) ensuring delivery date, pricing, shipping, and payment terms are correct.
• Provide required shipping documents to customers, 3PL warehouses, and freight forwarders.
• Act as liaison between Inolex and customers to drive results.
• Assist with customer pricing and catalog updates with Sales direction.
• Coordinate new customers and financial processes with Finance (prepayments, refunds, credits).
• Communicate with internal teams daily to ensure orders are addressed promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal CET trainings.
