Jimmy Jazz in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage domestic and international customer orders, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, finance, and Sales to achieve on-time shipments and optimal customer satisfaction. The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent, strong Excel and ERP (Dynamics) experience, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school.
• 7 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in customer service in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office and Dynamics ERP System.
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail in order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
• Team oriented and working experience within a team environment.

Mansioni

• Review and enter customer orders with full details including delivery date, pricing, shipping, and payment terms.
• Provide shipping documents to 3PL, warehouse, and freight forwarder.
• Act as liaison between customer and Inolex to achieve successful results.
• Maintain customer pricing accuracy with Sales and update pricing catalogs.
• Coordinate with finance on new customers and financial processes (prepayment, refunds, credits).
• Monitor customer forecasts and assist operations with inventory levels.
• Analyze customer data and market intelligence to support business decisions.
