Job summary

Maersk in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a senior implementation leader to drive end‑to‑end customer deployments in global logistics. You will manage multi‑functional teams across operations, IT, HR and finance from award through hypercare, ensuring on‑time delivery and profitable outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of international supply chains, PMP/ACP‑PMI or equivalent, and strong communication with customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations in multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Strong project management experience with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of ocean, air, trucking and customs operations.
• Ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of medium to high complexity, ensuring a smooth transition from award to stable operations
• Own end‑to‑end project plan across functions and geographies
• Establish milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no‑go stage gates
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues from award through hypercare
• Act as central coordinator for customers during onboarding and scope adherence
• Partner with ops to ensure readiness including SOPs/IOPs, staffing, IT/EDI integration, KPI reporting
• Support solution design and presentations during pre‑sale and sales engagements
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices
