Job summary

Maersk is seeking a results-driven Implementation Lead to manage complex customer deployments across regions. You will guide the project lifecycle from award through hypercare, coordinating operations, IT, HR, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires proven logistics or supply chain project leadership, strong communication, and PMP/ACP PMI certification or equivalent experience. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong project management capabilities with excellent communication and governance.
• PM certification or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations of medium to high complexity and ensure smooth transitions from award to operations.
• Own end-to-end implementation plans across functions and geographies, including IT and finance.
• Establish milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no-go gates with visibility to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues through hypercare and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding with customers, ensuring scope adherence and alignment with the sold solution.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure readiness, staffing, IT/EDI, KPI reporting and service quality.
• Support solution design and pre-sale activities to drive commercial opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned to improve methodologies and execution standards.
