Job summary

Maersk seeks an experienced client program leader to manage strategic global customers from a remote-based location within the United States. You will drive long-term partnerships, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and act as a strategic supply chain consultant to optimize customer performance.

With 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, you will coordinate with senior stakeholders and leverage AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable value while expanding Maersk’s integrated logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Industry certifications such as CIFFA or CITT are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Lead customer strategic initiatives and new business opportunities for long-term growth.
• Act as a strategic supply chain consultant, recommending integrated logistics solutions with measurable value.
• Define and monitor CSFs and KPIs in partnership with customers and PM teams.
• Drive expansion of Maersk’s logistics portfolio across Ocean, Air, Customs, Warehousing, and Transportation.
• Monitor account profitability and support contract renewals to sustain growth.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
• Resolve escalations and coordinate resources to ensure service excellence.
