Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations.
• Multi-stakeholder project management experience.
• Strong understanding of international supply chain operations (ocean/air/trucking).
• Proven ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• PM certification or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations of medium to high complexity, ensuring a smooth transition from award to operations.
• Own and drive end-to-end implementation plans across functions and geographies.
• Establish milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no-go gates for visibility to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues from award through hypercare.
• Coordinate with customers during onboarding to ensure scope adherence and alignment with the sold solution.
