Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments and support sale day activities.

The role requires in-person interaction with customers, strong keyboarding for data entry, and teamwork to coordinate with multiple departments and sign-up equipment documents.

Responsibilities

• Organize documents using internal coding system and by Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers for documents such as LOLC’s and purge docs.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal/team safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
