RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Illinois operations to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale-day activities. You will coordinate with multiple departments and customers to ensure smooth transactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers signing up equipment to obtain documents (LOLCs, Purge Documents, etc.).
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal safety of team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
