Responsibilities

• Organize all keys and filing by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers who sign up equipment to provide required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal safety of team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
