Celestica is seeking a Global General Manager to lead a team of directors, program managers, and commercial managers responsible for a strategic portfolio of accounts in Connectivity and Cloud Solutions. The role involves complex negotiations, problem resolution, and delivering profitable growth in a dynamic market.

You will develop executive-level relationships, drive growth initiatives, and align internal operations, supply chain, and engineering to meet customer requirements.

• Experience in executive relationship management and sales.
• Proven ability to drive three-year growth plans.
• Strong P&L and financial performance experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
