Celestica is seeking a Director, Commercial Support & Administration to lead global account strategies and long-term business development. You will shape pricing, proposals, and strategic plans while guiding Sales and Operations toward aligned execution.

The role requires extensive leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, with travel as needed and a focus on complex, high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of applicable experience.
• Minimum of five years of management/People Leader experience.
• Experience working with Hyperscaler and Enterprise customers on data management equipment.

Responsabilités

• Develops strategies and tactics to win, protect and grow business with the customer.
• Provides direction and support to the Sales and Operations teams for alignment with account strategy.
• Conducts contract negotiations and develops negotiation mandates and strategies.
• Ensures RFQ responses and proposals are complete, accurate, on-time and aligned with account strategy.
• Coordinates global strategic account activity and mentors direct reports.
• Represents Celestica’s business interests within assigned accounts.
