ServiceNow seeks a strategic, customer-focused executive to drive growth in CRM and AI across key industries. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, industry, and partners to scale CRM solutions globally, focusing on building, accelerating, and converting high-quality pipeline.

You will own CRM pipeline performance, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and bridge internal teams to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years guiding strategy, operations, and day-to-day execution in CRM and SaaS
• Deep CRM domain knowledge with proven pipeline management
• Experience in cross-functional and partner-driven GTM programs
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills

Responsabilités

• Own CRM pipeline performance and health across key accounts
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and industry
• Drive and accelerate strategic CRM pursuits with quantified business value
• Shape CRM strategy by region and industry and align programs to growth opportunities
• Bridge internal teams and partners to ensure coherent messaging and GTM execution
• Lead joint programs with top partners to create net-new pipeline and opportunities
