ServiceNow is seeking a strategic, customer-focused executive who drives growth in CRM and AI across key industries. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, industry, and strategic partners to scale CRM solutions globally and build high-quality pipeline.

In this role you will own CRM pipeline performance, accelerate joint programs with top partners, and align cross-functional teams to deliver a unified go-to-market plan. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years guiding strategy, operations, and day-to-day execution with deep CRM domain knowledge.
• History of meeting targets for sustained YoY growth in SaaS / CRM.
• Experience applying AI to work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM pipeline performance across strategic accounts globally, KPIs tied to volume, movement, and conversion.
• Embed CRM expertise into account strategy and high-impact pursuits.
• Bridge sales, product, marketing, and industry to align CRM offerings with customer needs.
• Unify efforts behind a single global CRM go-to-market plan and calendar.
• Lead joint programs with top partners to drive new pipeline and opportunities.
• Shape how partners position and deliver ServiceNow CRM across organizations of all sizes.
• Develop CRM strategy by region and industry to maximize growth potential.
• Provide customer-driven insights to Product, Development, and Marketing for roadmaps.
