Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a CIO Strategic Initiatives GTM Lead to orchestrate growth strategies for our CIO solutions portfolio and drive cross-product offerings with other product groups. You will own priority CIO initiatives, turning strategic insights into repeatable, scalable GTM motions, sales plays, and assets for the team.

Reporting to the VP, Global Head CIO solutions GTM, you will collaborate across regions (AMS, EMEA, APAC) and industries to lift NNACV, enable sales readiness, and elevate

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into durable, scalable GTM execution with measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs).

Responsibilities

• Own priority CIO initiatives end to end and develop repeatable programs for pipeline growth.
• Build and activate CIO sales playbooks and messaging for regional rollout.
• Lead sales readiness workshops for Core and Solution Sellers.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion and alignment with NOW platform GTM priorities.
• Elevate solution messaging with Product Solution Marketing across channels.
• Drive GTM strategy collaboration with GT and cross‑functional partners.
