Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Financial services experience preferred across custody/assets servicing.
• Experience with asset servicing platforms (IMACTIONS, TCS BANCS).
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of DTC and SWIFT message types in asset servicing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate action events from multiple sources and maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchanges, dividends).
• Execute routine and non-routine corporate action processes with intermediate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
• Perform End-of-Day control checks; identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to stakeholders with trends and performance against targets.
• Recommend and support process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints via standardization and automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts.
