Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for the Announcement Capture Team in WHEM Operations. You will process high‑risk, complex corporate action events and manage capture and validation across milestones through completion.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or proven track record meeting role requirements.
• Experience in Financial Services, Custody Asset Servicing, Fund Services, Markets or Prime Brokerage, and/or Securities Lending.
• Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems (IMActions, TCS BANCS) and vendor management is a plus.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of DTC and SWIFT message types in Asset Servicing workflows.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events and create/maintain corporate actions.
• Execute routine and advanced corporate action announcement processes.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide technical or process resolutions.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers across Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
• Perform End-of-Day controls to ensure accuracy and risk management.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly metrics to stakeholders highlighting trends.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints via standardization and automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts.
