JPMorganChase is seeking a Securities Services – Announcement Capture Analyst to manage high-risk corporate action events and ensure accurate capture and validation across milestones. You will partner with global stakeholders including Middle Office, Client Service, and product teams to support day-to-day operations and drive continuous service improvements.

You will monitor performance metrics, escalate issues, and contribute to end-of-day controls while maintaining ability to work extended

Formación

• Apply a solid understanding of DTC and SWIFT message types used in Asset Servicing workflows.
• Demonstrate experience with Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (IMActions, TCS BANCS).
• Work closely with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Remain flexible to meet tight deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Operate in large-scale, high-volume environments and support multi-stream programs.
• Apply strategic thinking with practical execution and measurable outcomes.
• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive change.
• Navigate changing business landscapes and maintain operational resilience.
• Communicate clearly with strong written and presentational skills.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming corporate action events from multiple sources and create/maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, dividends).
• Execute routine and non-routine corporate action announcement processes with advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via multiple teams.
• Perform end-of-day control checks and manage risks.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly metrics to stakeholders.
• Recommend and support process improvements via standardization and automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts.
