Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Securities Services – Announcement Capture Analyst to manage high-risk corporate action events across key milestones. You will capture and validate information, interpret market nuances, and collaborate with global partners to ensure timely escalation and resolution.

The role supports multiple internal lines serving large institutional clients. You will monitor service performance, identify trends, and drive improvements using enterprise systems and digital tools,

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of DTC and SWIFT message types used in Asset Servicing workflows.
• Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (IMActions, TCS BANCS).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Able to organize and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of operating in high-volume, multi-stream programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events and create/maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, dividends).
• Execute routine and non-routine corporate action announcement processes with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
• Perform End-of-Day control checks and escalate risks as needed.
• Publish metrics to stakeholders and highlight trends and performance.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and increase automation.
• Be flexible with extended hours and rotating shifts when required.
