Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Announcement Capture Analyst to process high-risk corporate action events and validate information across milestones within the Announcement Capture Team. You will work with global stakeholders to support day-to-day execution and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across Middle Office, Client Service, and product partners, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Apply a solid understanding of DTC and SWIFT message formats used in Asset Servicing workflows.
• Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (e.g., IMActions, TCS BANCS); third-party vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events from multiple sources and create/maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, optional dividends).
• Execute routine and some advanced corporate action announcement processes with intermediate to advanced subject matter expertise.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide technical or process resolutions within defined guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams; ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Perform End-of-Day control checks to confirm work completed and risks identified and escalated as needed.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to stakeholders highlighting trends, risks and performance against targets.
• Recommend and support process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints through standardization and automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts to meet business demands.
