Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree; alternatively, demonstrate performance that meets role requirements.
• Experience in Financial Services or related client operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey strategic messages.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate action events from multiple sources and create/maintain corporate actions.
• Execute routine and non-routine announcement processes with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within guidelines with limited autonomy.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers across Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
• Perform End-of-Day controls to ensure accuracy and identify/escalate risks.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to stakeholders highlighting trends and performance.
• Recommend and support process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and automate where possible.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts when required.
