You will work with internal lines of business to support large institutional clients and ensure risk-aware, timely execution.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of DTC and SWIFT message types used in Asset Servicing workflows.
• Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (IMACTIONS, TCS BANCS).
• Ability to work with business partners and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events from multiple sources and create/maintain corporate actions including mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, and optional dividends.
• Execute routine and non-routine corporate action announcement processes with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide technical or process resolutions within defined guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
